Warranty Overview
Stone Theory Studio offers a limited one-year warranty on composite stone products supplied by us. This includes bathtubs, basins, vanities, tables, and related stone pieces designed for residential and commercial interiors.

The warranty applies to manufacturing or material defects identified during normal use within the warranty period. Warranty coverage begins from the date the product is received and applies only to the original purchaser.

Warranty Eligibility
To be considered for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

• Proof of purchase must be provided

• Products must be inspected immediately upon delivery

• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt

• Products must not be installed prior to inspection

• Installation must be carried out by a trained or certified installer

Stone Theory Studio will assess each claim individually and determine the appropriate resolution.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

• Surface changes resulting from normal use

• Minor cosmetic marks developed over time

• Natural variations in shade, texture, or finish

• Damage occurring during handling, transport, or installation

• Incorrect installation, alteration, or modification

• Damage caused by improper cleaning or chemical exposure

• Impact damage, misuse, or negligence

• Outdoor use or exposure to extreme environmental conditions

• Costs associated with labor, removal, reinstallation, or delivery

Products installed despite visible defects will not be eligible for warranty review.

• Rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning

Care Precautions

• Avoid acidic, alkaline, or solvent-based cleaners

• Avoid products containing strong pigments or dyes

• Do not leave standing water in bathtubs after use

• Always drain and dry the surface after bathing

Failure to follow these care guidelines may affect surface condition and warranty eligibility.
